My top priority is ensuring that every Spring ISD student is safe, seen, & supported.

I will prioritize high-quality education with a literacy focus, holding ourselves accountable to meeting the diverse needs of our learners, and actively involving families, educators, staff, and students in decision-making to continuously improve our district.

• Student Outcomes and Support: Ensure every Spring ISD student receives high-quality education focusing on literacy. I am committed to leading change so that every student accesses the educational experiences, resources, and support they need to reach their full potential as learners and leaders.

• Community and Belonging: Engage with our community and involve students, families, teachers, staff, leaders, and community members in decision-making to improve our district collectively. I am committed to advocating for policies and practices that reflect the needs of our community to create a district where students feel safe, seen, and supported. 

• Accountability and Advocacy: Foster a culture of accountability where the board, administration, and district community share responsibility for meeting every student's needs and delivering on our commitments for their benefit. I am committed to modeling transparency, authenticity, and accountability as a school board trustee.
